Description

Free outdoor skatepark with concrete surface. Concrete and asphalt. Opened april 2005. Sloppy sam built the concrete part (4000 sq. Ft) and for its small size its a sick layout. The street area is lame - flat with chunky asphalt courtesy of a the local public works department, with concrete ledges, boxes, rails. Definitely worth a stop if you're traveling in the northeast.park is closed november to march. It is run by the ymca and requires helmet/pads, fee ($8 daily non-resident) and "after school" weekday hours. Call the ymca for more info: 203-878-6501.
