Description

Free outdoor skatepark with concrete surface. (5/25/2007)the kaslo park finished in dec 2006, designed by spectrum skateparks then built by the locals, headed up by an old stone mason. The locals did a very good job, the concrete is smooth and the coping is set correctly. There are a few kinks, one in the clamshell of the bowl, and one in a slant. All in all a fun park.it is right on the beach of the towns city park, watch out for bikers & skaters with no etiquitte. It is worth the drive, 45 minutes north of nelson. World class backcountry snowboarding!los.
